Reference Forms

If you have never worked at Camp Firwood, we ask that you have your 3 references fill out a confidential reference form on your behalf. Please send an email to your references with the following link: https://www.tfaforms.com/228166. We ask that all your references be submitted within 2 weeks of your application. If you have been hired to work at Camp Firwood in previous years, you do not need to have reference forms filled out.

Reference must include one of each of the following:

• Teacher
• Employer
• Christian Worker [i.e.Youth Pastor, Pastor, Bible Study Leader, etc.]

Please do not have family members fill out reference forms for you. If you do not have an Employer reference, replace it with another Teacher or Christian Worker.
