Wait list

To be put on a Wait list, you must register your camper and pay the $100 Application Fee upfront. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. You are responsible to notify us if your plans change, if you do not and a spot opens, you will not be refunded the Application Fee.

If you would like your camper on more than one Wait list, you must register them with a $100 Application Fee for each session. If you have put your camper on more than one Wait List as a safety net, please keep in mind that you lose the $100 Application Fee upon canceling. We do not consider being on a second Wait list as a way to transfer to another Wait listed session that your camper gets in to, we consider it a cancellation. No funds will be transferred from one Wait list to another.

Cancellations

For all cancellations prior to camp, you will be refunded either by credit card or check depending on the method of payment, minus the $100 Application Fee (US Funds) and any Paintball fee. No Shows are non-refundable. Please cancel at least 2 days prior to Opening Day.

Camperships

If you would like information regarding camp fee financial assistance, please download and print the Registration/Camp Application Form. Please also download and print the Campership Form. Send in your completed forms with the required $50 ($100 fee for campers not applying for a Campership) Application Fee. Your $50 Application Fee will reserve a spot at camp while your Campership application is being processed. Camperships will not be granted after registrations are paid in full.

Inappropriate Behavior

Camp Firwood reserves the right to send campers home for inappropriate behavior at the parent(s) or guardian(s) cost, and without refund. The safety and security of our guests is always of the highest priority.
